Team Global Express’ integration with blueshyft provides a pickup point service for customers to address the issues of failed and direct deliveries. Redirecting failed deliveries to a blueshyft agent instead of a depot, has resulted in fewer re-deliveries, allowing customers to collect their parcels at a time that suits them, boosting customer satisfaction and retention.

Team Global Express is actively expanding its partnership network on international transit lanes and we are delighted to announce that we will be delivering parcels for DPD UK customers in Australia.
