For your information, our claims policy is stated in our General Conditions of Carriage. In order to claim, you must give written notification of the loss of or damage to the goods and your intention to make a claim, within seven days of the date of delivery or the date when they should have been delivered, whichever comes first. Where the damages are concealed, you must notify us within 48 hours from the date of delivery. If you do not contact us within these timeframes, we will be unable to accept your claim. Our maximum liability for any claim for a "unit of goods" is NZ$2,000, including GST (in accordance with the Contract and Commercial Law Act 2017), regardless of the value of the goods.
