Team Global Express has recently communicated to our customers and suppliers regarding some important changes to our payment details and financial documentation.

Last year, Team Global Express switched to a new banking partner, Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) and we are now transitioning our bank accounts from NAB to CBA.

When making payments via EFT, customers need to use the new CBA BSB 066 744 and their current individual bank account number. These details can be located on your invoice.

From 31 August, any EFT payments made to the NAB will be rejected and remain outstanding on the account which may disrupt trading.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q) What are the new EFT payment details?
The following payment details should now be used for all Electronic Funds Transfers:
  • Account Name: Team Global Express Pty Ltd
  • BSB: 066 744
  •  Account No: Your current account number
Your account number can be found on the correspondence sent via email on 11 April and 3 August, and on your invoices.

Q) When did the new EFT payment details come into effect?
The new payment details have been place for EFT payments from 8 April.

If you haven’t already done so, please update your systems immediately to reflect the new payment details and ensure your account continues to trade effectively.

From 31 August, EFT payments paid to the NAB account will be rejected.

Q) Why did you change banks?
Team Global Express switched to a new banking partner, CBA, last year to underpin our next stage of transformation and support further investment to enable our future growth plans.

Q) Can I still pay into the old BSB & Account number?
We recommend you update your system as soon as possible as the NAB account will be closed on 31 August and payments to the NAB account will be rejected from this date.

Our new invoices now have the new BSB referenced, to make it easy to make the change.

Q) Can Team Global Express provide a letter or other documentation from CBA, that includes the new BSB and account number to pay into?
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide a CBA bank statement, bank letter or deposit slip which evidences your specific payment account details. We are utilising a banking product from CBA that provides exclusive use of a BSB for all Team Global Express (TGE) collections. As Team Global Express owns the BSB, we are responsible for the generation of customers’ account numbers; CBA is unable to verify or provide a letter or evidence of these individual customer account numbers.

We are able to provide;
- a CBA BSB Verification letter - this can be downloaded below, and / or,
- a letter on Team Global Express letterhead that confirms your individual payment details - this can be requested via our contact details below.

Last year, we changed our brand to Team Global Express (formerly Toll Global Express) to reflect our commitment to our customers, communities, and future, and on 3 April 2023 we updated our legal entity name from IPEC Pty Ltd to Team Global Express Pty Ltd.

Our financial documentation, including billing information, invoices, purchase orders and remittance advice, has been refreshed with Team Global Express branding and updated to reflect our new name, Team Global Express Pty Ltd.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q) What does the new brand and change of name mean for customers and suppliers? Is the ABN / ACN changing?
Our change of name and new brand is now reflected across our financial documents.

We have not changed our legal entity, just our legal entity name, and our ABN / ACN remains the same - therefore all Service Agreements and contracts etc are still valid.

Q) What changes have been made to invoices and other financial documents?
We have updated our external financial documents to reflect our new Team Global Express brand and the change of legal entity name. This involves look and feel changes such as new logo, font and colours and changing the name of the company you see on the documents from IPEC Pty Ltd to Team Global Express Pty Ltd.

We have also updated the payment details to reflect our new CBA Electronic Funds Transfer payment details.

Q) Is Team Global Express updating all documents with the new brand and change of legal entity name?
Yes, we are in the process of doing so. We expect to have everything updated and rebranded by August 2023. Between now and then, as we transition, customers and suppliers may still see the Toll brand / name on our uniforms, fleet, properties, systems, mailboxes and documents.

Q) I have been receiving communications from a new teamglobalexp domain. Are these legitimate Team Global Express communications?
Yes, we have now started to communicate to customers and suppliers from our teamglobalexp domain, which has been updated to reflect our new name and brand. However, for a time you may still receive correspondence from the Toll Group domain, until we have updated all of our mailboxes.

If you are a Team Global Express customer, you will need to make changes to your financial systems by 31 August to:
1. ensure you pay into the new CBA bank account using the new BSB when making EFT payments
2. reflect our new legal entity name, and
3. update the invoice template (if using an automated accounts payable process that scans invoices).
