Team Global Express is pleased to provide an update on Board and Executive management changes.

Appointment of Christine Holgate to Group Executive Chairman
Having led Team Global Express as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director since 2021, Ms Holgate assumes the role of Group Executive Chairman, effective immediately.

Allegro Funds co-founder Adrian Loader, who previously Chaired Team Global Express, will remain on the Board.

Ms Holgate said, “It is a privilege to take up the role of Executive Chairman. I remain extremely appreciative of the continued support of Adrian and our shareholder Allegro, as we progress our business transformation, building Australia’s leading sustainable logistics partner.”

As Group Executive Chairman, Ms Holgate will remain full time, leading the Boards of Team Global Express Australia, Team Global Express New Zealand, and Strait Link, while overseeing the Group’s international expansion, and pursuing the growth strategy of the Group.

Appointment of Nick Stratford to Chief Executive Officer Team Global Express, Australia
Effective immediately, Mr Stratford assumes the role of Chief Executive Officer for the Australian business.

Prior to his appointment, Mr Stratford served as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer for the past four years, with direct responsibility for driving the Company’s commercial turnaround strategy.

Mr Stratford said, “This is an exciting time for our business, and I look forward to continuing to work with Christine and the Board to deliver value to our customers through an aligned team that puts our people first.”

Christine Holgate said, “Having worked by my side for nearly four years as our Group Chief Financial Officer, I cannot think of anyone better to entrust this important role.

“Nick shares my vision for the future and has proven his outstanding ability to ensure our customers are central to our business strategy and operations.”

Appointment of Uri Gordon to Chief Financial Officer Team Global Express Australia
Effective immediately, Mr Gordon has been appointed Chief Financial Officer for the Australian business.
