Permanent Collections

As most companies reduce their operating hours during this period, we will temporarily suspend all Priority and Standard Parcels permanent collections from close of business 24 December 2024 to 5 January 2025 inclusive. Normal permanent collections will resume on Monday 6 January 2025.

 

During this shutdown period, collections can be booked online at myteamge.com (where you can book up to 7 days in advance) or you can discuss your requirements with your account manager by 2 December 2024 if you wish for your permanent collections to continue.

 

Note: All other services will continue as normal.

Permanent Authority to Leave

If you have a permanent ‘Authority to Leave’, please clearly display your holiday trading hours and closed period at your delivery point. This will ensure that your freight is not left unattended until your business reopens.
