Christmas Delivery

As we continue to deliver for you this busy peak season, we want to ensure that you and your customers continue to be supported now and throughout the upcoming festive season. As online shopping continues to grow rapidly, we recommend you send your packages as early as possible, whether that be to your customers, family, or friends.

To ensure that we can deliver for you prior to Christmas, please find below our cut off dates:

Please note: Freight that cannot be sorted using our automated sortation equipment (as per our fees and surcharges document) will require dispatch one (1) working day earlier.

Permanent Collections

As most companies reduce their operating hours during this period, we will temporarily suspend all Priority and Standard Parcels (formerly Toll IPEC) permanent collections from 28 December 2022 to 6 January 2023 inclusive. Normal permanent collections will resume on Monday, 9 January 2023.
During this shutdown period, collections can be booked online at mytoll.com (where you can book up to 7 days in advance) or you can discuss your requirements with your account manager by 5 December 2022 if you wish for your permanent collections to continue.
Note: All other services will continue as normal. If you intend on closing from 28 December 2022 to 6 January 2023 inclusive, please notify your account manager.

Permanent Authority to Leave

If you have a permanent ‘Authority to Leave’, please ensure that your holiday trading hours and closed period are clearly displayed at your delivery point. This will ensure that your freight is not left unattended until your business reopens.
