Team Global Express supports Fantastic Furniture with two scopes of work. Our longest standing scope is the intermodal and specialised space, moving containers from New South Wales across to Western Australia. We also move containers of furniture from Brisbane into Far North Queensland, servicing Cairns and Townsville.

 

The second area of work is focused on home delivery to the end consumer. This involves a two-person crew delivering product across New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland and Western Australia, picking up from the Fantastic Furniture distribution centre and delivering “the final mile” to the end customer.

As true logistics experts, Team Global Express has delivered many improvements for Fantastic Furniture as part of the process. These include a centralised view of deliveries, better stock management, and a measurable improvement in customer satisfaction, specifically the Net Promoter Score (NPS).
