What began as a transport relationship has grown into a deeply embedded, collaborative partnership - grounded in trust, operational expertise and a shared commitment to delivering complex supply chains with precision.
Today, TGE supports DuluxGroup with national rail services and tailored logistics solutions, helping move product across a diverse and demanding network.
The partnership spans multiple layers of both organisations, with strong relationships across operations, account management and senior leadership - enabling fast decision-making, problem-solving and long-term planning.
A partnership built for complexity
DuluxGroup’s supply chain requires more than standard freight solutions. From large-scale protective coatings projects to national east–west distribution, the partnership is defined by its ability to design and execute complex, multimodal logistics programs.
This capability has been proven time and again. During the NSW floods, when rail services were significantly disrupted, Team Global Express removed containers from a delayed train, de-vanned them, and rapidly reloaded the goods onto trucks - ensuring a critical Protective Coatings project in Brisbane remained on schedule.
In another standout example, TGE executed a highly complex Fosroc project, moving goods from Wyong to Davenport Port in Tasmania using a coordinated combination of road, rail, sea freight and container storage. The operation was delivered under a time-sensitive, multi-week schedule and required detailed planning, real-time coordination and seamless mode transitions.
The partnership has also driven innovation in equipment and network design, including the introduction of customised, co-branded rail containers for east–west shipments and the rollout of branded B-double trailer curtains - creating a visible symbol of collaboration and long-term commitment.
Recognition and investment
In 2025, Team Global Express was named DuluxGroup Supplier of the Year, recognising both performance and partnership.
This recognition sits alongside ongoing capital investment across the operation, including dual-branded assets and tailored equipment, reinforcing TGE’s commitment to supporting DuluxGroup’s network today, while building for the future.

After more than two decades of working together, the partnership between Team Global Express and DuluxGroup continues to evolve.
