A partnership decades in the making: Team Global Express x Coca-Cola Europacific Partners
For decades, Team Global Express (TGE) and Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) have worked side by side to keep communities supplied across Australia - with one of the longest-standing logistics partnerships in our network.
Our relationship with CCEP dates back more than 40 years, with TGE supporting critical transport routes across Central and North Queensland.
What began as a regional logistics engagement has grown into a deeply embedded national partnership, built on trust, performance, and a shared commitment to operational excellence.
Today, TGE manages high-volume linehaul from Richlands to Townsville and route work across Queensland. We further support CCEP with concentrate movements from Arndell Park and finished goods via our national rail network.
In July 2025, we introduced a new sales engagement model. This has further strengthened our foundation, stabilising performance and establishing a formal cadence for reporting, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
A milestone year
In 2025, TGE was awarded a new five-year contract for the North Queensland network, extending the partnership’s tenure to an extraordinary 45 years upon completion. This milestone cements the relationship as one of the longest-standing for both Team Global Express and CCEP.
The contract extension was accompanied by significant fleet investment, with 14 new assets purchased to support the North Queensland operation. Six vehicles are already in circulation, with the remaining fleet to roll out by March 2026 - a visible symbol of TGE’s long-term commitment to the partnership and to the communities these routes serve.
The year also saw standout operational performance through peak season, exceeding customer expectations and generating positive feedback at both local and management levels. The partnership was further recognised when a TGE driver was awarded Driver of the Year at the 2025 CCEP Supplier Awards - a reflection of the people, pride and professionalism behind the operation.
Looking ahead
As CCEP continues to evolve its network, including opportunities linked to its Road to Rail initiative, TGE is well positioned to support the next phase of growth. With a strong operational footprint, national multimodal capability and deeply embedded relationships, the partnership remains focused on performance today - and progress for the future.
Our co-branded fleet now travelling across Queensland represents more than vehicles on the road. It reflects decades of trust, shared standards, and a partnership that continues to move forward together.
