A tailored solution built for B&D Doors
Working alongside B&D Group to understand their unique production cycles, distribution windows and service requirements, Team Global Express (TGE) designed a tailored road and rail solution to provide the scale, capacity and reliability needed to move heavy and oversized products between manufacturing plants and distribution centres in Melbourne, Sydney and Perth, with onward connections into regional markets.
A milestone in motion
In March 2026, the partnership reached its first milestone with a dedicated and customised fleet of co-branded 48-foot rail containers, running between key sites in Melbourne, Sydney and Perth. The containers were designed to maximise payload, improve accessibility and create a more efficient solution.
Building momentum
Recently, TGE and B&D Group launched a fleet of co-branded trailers servicing the eastern states and South Australia. Together, the dedicated rail containers and road fleet provide a scalable, purpose-built transport solution that supports the B&D Group growing national distribution network.
